By accessing or using the Crest Review website at crestreview.com (the "Site") or purchasing any report or service offered through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase any services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crest Review LLC ("Crest Review," "we," "us," or "our").
Crest Review provides independent research and analysis of Franchise Disclosure Documents ("FDDs") for informational and educational purposes only. All reports, summaries, analyses, blog posts, guides, and other content produced by Crest Review (collectively, "Reports") are:
Crest Review is not a law firm and does not provide legal counsel. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Site or purchase of a Report. You should always consult a licensed franchise attorney before signing any franchise agreement or making any investment decision.
The information in our Reports reflects our analysis of publicly available FDD documents at the time of preparation. Franchise systems change, and FDDs are updated periodically. Crest Review makes no representation that any Report reflects the current state of a franchise system after the date of preparation.
All purchases are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms. Crest Review does not store your payment card information.
Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.
Refund Policy: Because Reports are custom research deliverables prepared specifically for each order, all sales are final. Crest Review does not offer refunds once work on a Report has begun. If you have a concern about a completed Report, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to address it.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Crest Review LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a Report, Crest Review grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Report for your own personal due diligence purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Report available to third parties without the prior written consent of Crest Review.
All blog posts, guides, and other content on the Site are the exclusive property of Crest Review LLC. You may share links to our content but may not reproduce or republish it without attribution and written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crest Review LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any Report, even if Crest Review has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Crest Review's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the amount you paid to Crest Review in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
The Site and all Reports are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. Crest Review does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact Crest Review at [email protected] and provide a written description of the dispute. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days of notice.
Crest Review reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
